Wake Connections
Partner Programs




Wake Connections is a free referral and intake system
that links families to local partner organizations who provide services and support for young children from pregnancy to age 5. Wake Connections partners offer a range of services including parenting skills, school readiness, behavioral support, and assistance navigating pregnancy and postpartum. Partner programs work with families both at home and in the community. For a list of current partners and the services they provide, see the list below.
